i was laughing my fucking ass hoff when he missed that pen. you could see the determination in his face to score.
its so funny it almost seems fairy-tale.....perhaps he'll score a hat-trick every game after new year and be top goal scorer and net in every game of the world cup

I think he is a good option for England, but when he does come on, Owen and Rooney also need to be on the field.

he does give teams different options, and to be fair to him he played not bad other day..
I can see him setting up alot of goals and setting up moves with his height, probably why he gets picked for liverpool and england...Not just about scoring..
But hell yeah he needs a goal badly

i can see that he does give the team a different option... but u has to at least score 10 goals for liverpool. if he aint gonna score goals then he has to dramtically increase the number of goals he sets up.
tbh... liverpool should have speant an extra couple of million and brought owen IMO

I'd agree it's awful that he aint socred yet but as said, he's playing well in most other areas, it'll come I have no fear about that, and i'm sure it'll trigger something, imagine the pressure that will release when he gets one. He's a proven big scorer he's just not had the best start to the season
