Cars been idling badly for a while, dropping to the point where it nearly cuts out.

I think it could be either ICV, AFM or Lambda sensor. I also think my cat needs replacing - I was told the cat was breaking up inside and never got round to getting it fixed. Could this be causing it? Cheers
