that you are not drinking enough water or dont have enough water in your system. i bet it felt very warm? this is because its more acidic.

large amounts of dialute urine means plenty of water in your body

small amount of concentrated urine means not enough water in your body

I've poo'd blue before

Went out and drink about 20 bottles of piss weak alcopop (was 50p a bottle, 2 for £1) and my poo was blue in the morning, piss was Green-ish
