I have one of the '05 corsa sxi twinport

and have just brought one of the irmscher style front splitters for it. One of these:

And I am wondering how easy it is to fit or someone local to me who would be able to do it for me.

What do I need to attach it?

would this damage the front bumper if i had to take it off at some point?

3 or 4 little clips at the bottom (should be supplied with it) and a bit of bonding (also should be supplied with it)
