i have just gone 18 and am trying to get my first insuance quote but everyone is giving me £2000+


my car is only a 1.2
how much are you paying and who with??

Im with elephant, im 19 and have 1 yrs ncb and its £750 fully comp with my mum as a named driver to knock the cost down as ive had a claim before

also 18, just been payin £680 tpft on a 1.0 corsa with elephant

now paying £830 fully comp on a 1.6 16v astra with diamond

payin 1500 on a 1.4 8v 106

all the other insurance companys where 200 and above and i rang quinn direct and it was 1500 straight away

Was £450 on my tigra fully comp all mods declared
Shot up to £700 on the bmw
And now its £340 on my corsa
Paying £20 a month insurance!

I don't think it's fair that lads have a higher insurance. My bf is a much better driver than me and his insurance is a grand more than mine. They bring out all of these stupid insurance companys for girls, what about ones for lads??
