Haha! I know, I know!

Seriously tho, it was scary! The last straw was on the way back from a mapping session running about 22psi boost. Doing about 90mph in 4th following an E46 M3 on the M56 in drizzle. Traffic cleared and the M3 went for it, so I followed........little bit of lag followed by a serious amount of boost and the back end stepped completely out ina straight line.

Never drove it again after that!

There's a lesson to be learnt there - no boost in the rain! Oh, and what tyres were on it? Please don't say Wanli's or Nankang

Haha, no but I did run it on Nankangs for a while.........they were ok while it was standard really. Was on Dunlop SP Sports (IIRC)

Yeah, but it always rains! That fecker would find a damp patch in the sahara anyway!!!!

You're right - rain is batty but is fun on a car park/airfield/roundabout

Resisting the lure of blowing chavs away in the rain requires the strength of ten though
