Haven't you stipped your car? Why add the extra weight of two steel panels, go for perspex or even painted plastic/fibreglass

well yes and know i may have "stripped" the car but techinically adding more weight by adding wooden false floor, roll cage thats goin in will add even more weight.
just lookin at marts old corsa and it looked sweet when vanned up as he stated lol

well if you're set on doing it, you basically get two panels (prob get em from vaux) and fit them in place of the window glass... not sure if you weld them in or what

they fit in like normal windows i thought? with rubber seals etc

I think you can fit them just the same as windows but for safety van ones are welded as they are easier to pop out with no smash.
