Yeah the address is on the back of the green slip you gave to the new owner I had to look on my other V5 to get it...

New-style logbook (which you should have):
DVLA,
Swansea,
SA99 1BA

Old-style:
DVLA,
Swansea,
SA99 1AR

Postcode matters with DVLA (they have quite a few for internal sorting I assume).

cheers tim, their website is crap too, half of it is in welsh lol
