Orite, basically i was coming home from work at 2.30am last week got pulled up by the pigs for no reason. It is my bros scooter and was couple weeks out of tax so he informed the dvla.
Also got a producer which i thought wasn't a problem. Went to pig stattion with my dad today and she said can I see your CBT i gave her it (it ran out last year) but on the back says "blah blah if you pass full car test within two years of this you get full moped entitlement.
She said this was incorrect. Dissapeared for 15mins came back sayin I was drivin without licence therefore no insurance and the officer wants to prosecute. Argued for a bit then she read me my rights..
Asked me for a statement and my dad was helping me with what to say, she ordered my dad away and he wouldnt go, she then refused to write a statment as "it was my dads words not yours" We then left.
Any help lol?

you had to pass your driving test before end of jan 01 to not have to have a cbt after that date and you need a cbt

Yeh i know, i did cbt in 2003 and i was just goin on what it says on back of certificate  she said i will prob get ban.

wat u lot reckon, was she within her rights to not take my statement bcos it was my dads words? wat if he was my solicitor?

You ideally need to run this by a soliciter see what they think of procedure.
The no tax / licence things you will need to study DVLA paperwork to confirm you exact position. You either have this or not.
