a bit vague, depends on the offset of the wheels, tyre profile

some people say if you have 45 offset you can go 40ml and it will be fine , not sure of this as i also want to know the answer before i get my 17s

17s and 40mm on sport apex suspension was fine with me

I went 60mm down with ET49 wheels. didnt rub at all

A 40/60 drop shouldn't be a problem with the correct offset!
