I swapped car with my girlfriend shortly after they had just bought it, anyway the v5 still hasn't come through in my girlfriends name, although her dad says he has seen confirmation of it?!
I'm want it in my name has i have the car now and am wanting to trade it in soon, does it take ages to come or has something gone wrong? is there any way I can chase it up as i'm not on it  Will i be able to trade it in without, i'm guessing no!
Also if i've been flashed speeding, the fine gets sent to the person on the v5 doesn't it? don't want someone not paying it and then them hunting me down with added costs cos its not been paid etc!
