just type in a number and it will call you up with a code...type the code in paypal 
it's well easy!

when i varified my account they deposited two small amounts of cash in my account, i had to get a statement and go on to the site ad type in the two amounts.

Its a piece of piss.
1st part is they give you a code on-screen, they phone you, then you type code in when you answer.
2nd part, they deposit 2 small amounts of money into your account, (mine were 4p and 5p) you get your bank statement, type in the amounts and hey presto your verified.
