Lets say i chose a name for a company that i want to set up.
I check to see if that company name is registered with companieshouse.gov.uk.
It is listed, but is listed as disolved. Am i entitled to register my company with that name?

i would see no immediate problems with that....you may want to have professional view on that though, email companies house.

I think there is a certain amount of time before you can register it, and even then if its an unusual type of name it might still be copyrighted.
