Hiya basically this company owes me £180! I have proof etc i.e faxes.....
n guy who owns the company isn’t paying up keeps on making excuses , has been a while now and really need money back! What can I do??? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Send a formal letter demanding payment within a week or so, other wise your solicitor will be contacted.


Say on the letter that a copy has been forwarded to your solictitor as well. Some thing like that

will draft up a letter 2nite not very good at this kind ov thing so any guidelines in what to include??!!! also will give the guy a ring one last time! its not a small company and also advertises in mags etc.......
