Go to docs just to get yourself checked over

When you sit or lay down prop your foot up, above where your heart is

Apply ICE as frequently as you can for the first couple of days as this will help the swelling go down, never put ice directly on your foot thou always make sure there is a barrier, so a bag of frozen peas in a tea towel

If i were you id get to a doctor just to get it looked at and he may splint it for you (yes it is possible )

Anyway, take it easy and try not to break any on the other foot
