Nah her car wasnt even that bad. Not as bad as mine. And when she hit me i hit some1 in front of me and his wasnt that bad neither?

If there is any damage to the one infront that'll be coming out of your insurance, as you will be blamed for being too close.

no you wont, same thing happend to me, and i fucked up the car infront, after being hit from behind, they asked the woman if she felt 2 bumps or 1, when she said 1, they took everything out of her insurance as it proved i didnt drive into her, i was stationary, they tried saying i should have had a handbrake on and shit like that but it never stuck, so i got a fgull payout and new car, and so did the woman, all off the guys insurance.

Same thing happened to my sister and she had to pay out. If they had decent lawyers and argued the case they could of got you, as if you were the correct distance from the car infront when you were stopped then you wouldnt of hit them!

if i had had my handbrake on, i wouldnt have hit the car infront. didnt have it on, hit the car in front
