of knowing someone who works in dvla

Took my private plate off today but its meant to take 7days as the registered keeper name and name on private reg are different. But my friend was working thru the back in the office got handed my forms and done it within half an hour and brought all the docs to my house for me.
Now thats what I call customer service lol
