golly gosh i feel a lot better already

just having loads of healthy food after a 2 week binge of crap food i couldnt help myself.. i put on some weight and have a few spots

so detox was the only way..

shitloads of water (12+ glasses a day)
orange
2x apples
banana
kiwi fruit
orange

thats each day..

lots of Salmon to get my omega 3
(have had salmon for 3 days in a row now)

back onto the CV excercise

i feel fantastic again
just thought i would tell you..

oh also some early night helped too

Since I have a pizza place downstairs and a chippy I fell myself going there more and more now

I purchased a really cool, book shelf for my room from Ikea. Didn't look that big in the store but now it is home it's the biggest thing in my room

lol! I got a funky one too for in the living room kinda curved and put my dvds on it only still not got round to buying a drill so I can put it up lol
