wat will i be looking at for 44 in a 30, and taking over 2 cars, police have it all on vid too

if they really have it on video then they'll probably press for dangerous driving. So ontop of the 3 pts for speading you could probably expect another 3, or possibly more!

if they'd have seen me chasing that m3 beemer accross the north york moors (on my test track) i'd have been screwed then, 7,8,9 cars overtaken in one go

p.s North York moors is my nickname for an old disued airfield frequently filled with slow moving traffic for my entertainment

They will build the speeding into the dangerous driving part of the charge. So you wont get anything fot the speeding but slapped fro Section 2 Dangerous Driving

Unless they cant prove the dangerous driving, in which cause you will get the speeding only (3 points £60)
