Sorry to hear that mate. I split my gf of near 5 yrs 2 months ago. First month is very hard...but you have to try and keep positive. Im cool now and having a good time being single. Get out with ur mates, meet loadsa women...it may feel like the end of the world now, but in a way your young, so have fun mate. Chin up.
