So...
out of these two candidates, what are your thoughts, pro's and cons's etc.... weak and strong points...
early 90's Lancia Delta Integrale EVO
OR
1981 3.0 911 SC

other maybe's are the usual suspects for me over the last few years... R32 GTR or Supra

Would say R32GTR
as both of the above are goign to be expensive to run, and cant see them staying in one piece really
911 im sure your know about as hastn your old man got one
with the deltat they are very prone to stress cracks and rust, if looked after engine wise there very good, but bodys and interious do suffer, wheels are a fuckwit to repalced if you knock one, as the magnism, and also crack

Only ever made LHD LDIEs didn't they?
Out of the two, I'd say Porsche, but I wouldn't want either really.

911, its an afordable, usable everyday classic! good performance, mind you the sc has the weaker gear box compared to the carrera... unless its been changed?

Lancia Integrale. But it can't be used as a daily though! the porsche can though. So for practicality get the porsche which is still cool!!

i do about 2 miles a day .... if i go to the office.... Granted i do more, put i dont see the reason to buy a TDi or such like. This is a step in an economical direction compared to the V8 Range Rover

my mate has just recently got a intergrale, left hand drive, it had some serious modding under the bonnet aswell, uprated turbo, uprated chip etc. very very quick car, he has wanted one all his life.
he used to have a hf turbo version that was really rotten.
n e way he had the intergrale for around two weeks, and some idiot ploughed into the side of him and wrote it off. he is now waiting for insurance to pay up.
but be warned pars are expensive and hard to get. lovely car though
