It might kick off here later... heard my manager say "stop it from the moment he left" now im guessing he means my pay as i left early yesterday because i was seriously ill but still managed to get in get work done then go hom..... I might be jumping the gun here but nothing suprise me with this place...

If they do im gonna go nuts later at 5 when i get my pay slip because if your ill and you dont come in you get a full days pay so how they can stop pay when u go home ill and make the effort i dont know....

Time will tell...

what does your contract say about leaving work early if you are ill?


mine says that if i am in work till after 11am and leave through sickness i get paid for the full day

Manager’s mate, most of them think they are someone! Just had an argument myself with some billing manager. She phoned me for help yet when I try to help her it's, 'No no you are wrong!' and she starts kicking off at me saying I'm unhelpful and I have a bad attitude!? WTF!!! Now I've got my boss on my back because I told her not to speak to me like I'm stupid or I'll hang up! Boss doesn't even want to hear my side of the story because this bitch who kicked off at me is some big billing manager for our company!
Tell you one more person goes off at me I'm gonna go postal!!!! Be like a scene from Falling Down

Nobody is allowed to annoy me at work anymore, they know if I left they would be fcuked as nobody else knows how to produce business figures for them so I am left to do my own thing.
