Mr lee mitchell id say 2k for good brakes, exhaust and new hoses and a dman good service, better to do things right in the 1st place

you can do it yourself for £1k id say but if you want full service new belts, decent wiring, better engine mounts, brand new brakes, good exhaust, new hoses then lee is the man to speak to!

Its better to do everything right once then piss about having things go wrong

nay, a mate is going to set a business up doing them, hes very gd with engines, he wants to offer a drive in drive out service, was just wondering prices

i dont really think you can make a full time bussines doing engine conversions, not enough people want them done all the time.

but if he gets a good rep like sir mitchell, then people wil travel more than 1000miles for it done now thats when you know your doing somthing right and have a good rep

they can be done in a day if you have the right tools and everything needed for conversion.

no its not , takes about an hour to get an engine out , and if your putting the same back in another hour. im talking about having air tools and a ramp. youd be surprised how much easier they make the job.

But saying that theres lots of places just offering the conversion for under 1k these days, so 2k most people will see as courtenay prices!

Only way to do it is as lle does, £1500 for conversion then you add all the extras on top of that etc
