how long does it take? my cheek has swollen up from a hit, and i need it better for 2moro

rub some toothpaste on the swelling, has to be one that prevents gum disease as these have an anti inflammatory in them.

Use Ice 10mins on 10mins off for the first hour to sooth the initial swelling then get something like Ralgex ibuprofen gel to assist after that. This was my remedy after a Rugby match if I was in meetings the next day.
