mine leaked water from the 3way hose that joins the pump to the plastic rail and the inlet manifold.
hose was split and hissed out steam when it got hot, but took me ages to work out where it was coming from.

Ahh, never checked that...... The only other place where I can think mine is leaking is the inlet manifold... I might not have done it up tight ehough I'm scared that it could be the head gasket now after Matt mentioned it

drivers side at the rear under the fuel rail and under the whole inlet. joins onto the water pump housing.

why you suspect head gasket ed?
Matt's got girly hands and can tighten the manifold even in a corsa engine bay

Yea, its around that area somewhere... I'm just paranoid about the head gasket as it's the first time I have ever fitted one and I don't trust myself.... Even though it appears to be fine The engine is getting sat on the floor anyway for the re-spray, so I may aswell pull it out of the bay to do a proper job of painting it and I can also have a check for leaks....

Your probably better off borrowing Matts because I'm not at home at the moment, I probably wont be coming home for a while either... But if I am about at a good time then I can run it over to you or something....

didn't know Matt had one, but thinking about it it's pretty obvious the amount of cars he's ripped open.
