I think there is a dumped Cav near my house, no tax and it hasnt been moved in the last couple of weeks. So therefore its illegal isnt it?
And if the council put a notice on it saying it would be towed away or something is there any chance of getting it off them?

report it to the police, if someone hasnt already beat you to it, providing the owner doesnt claim it, which i doubt they would, after a certain length of time ownership is awarded to the person who reported it abandoned !

You need to get a form from the DVLA, son't know what it's called, but you can claim ownership if you must.
