drop the ball as close to the floor as possible and keep the inside of your wrist pointing towards the pins.

use one of those metal frames topush the ball down but make sure you dont put the side bumpers on ... dont want to look stupid

aim just outside centre pin if you hit it its a strike

if the ball keeps going one direction, take a step in that direction and try againt ( ie. if it keeps going to the right, take a step right)

no, if you step in the same direction then you consciously (sp) throw it more in the other direction
