saw a "Ferrari" today - or rather an MR2 - the fibreglass had all bobbled, the red paint job was bobbled, it had tiger toys on the dash
and best of all it had plastic rear disks!!!
I want one!
going back tonight or tomorrow to get pics

it was the plastic brake disks woooh, oh and the stickers on the front arch were falling off and the "curbed" alloys, with Ferrari centre caps - looked more like £100 for 4 jobbies from Motorworld! like a fake Toora Plat 8s

In fact I havnt even seen a Ferrari Kit for the Mk1...so it must have been a Mk2...
Therefore him seeing plastic disc brakes is a load of shabite

Not necessarily. When you have the 355 kit, you have huge spacers on the back. With the spacers on, the normal disks sit about 4 inches back. Some people put the fake discs right behind the wheel, so it doesn't look as bad.

that'll be what it was then - I didnt think they had drums - but this had plastic disks - lets put it this way - they were a dull silver "plastic" colour and had no callipers!!!
so me seeing plastic disks wasnt "shabite", you pianist!
wasn't there today - but I have it on good authority that it's someone who works on the industrial estate I saw it on
