Thing is tho, if I go to bed exactly 8 hours before Im due to get up, I lay there for ages not being able to sleep, reading and wanking, if I go to bed earlier tho, to allow for this - I fall asleep straight away, missing my wank and "over sleeping".
I cant get it right

time before midnight is worth two hours after midnight! or something like that!
The mornings being darker doesnt help either.

Sleep inertia is a physiological state characterised by a decline in motor dexterity and a subjective feeling of grogginess, immediately following an abrupt awakening from deep sleep. Typically, sleep inertia lasts between 1 and 30 minutes.
