You've stole somebodys idea, came onto what you know is a popular site, trying to use that to get your shit copy viewed.

I'm not disputing that.
He's taken a couple of weeks to copy the guys idea for a start.
Other copies have been up for nearly as long as the original.
Then he doesn't get any visitors so trys to promote it by scrounging from Ian and Tims work of building this site up.

No, I would rather get credit for thinking up something myslef than seeing somebodys idea then trying to copy it.
Your not going to fill your page before the other ones anyway.

To be perfectly honest i think the page looks quite boring and if i was a buyer i dont think i would pay to put my logo on that site as it doesnt have the attraction factor.

OK, so what do you intend on doing in your life?
I hope its not anything anyone else has! Business is business and the way I see it is that he will not sell more than half of that page as the novelty will wear off. I am offering something extra to extend the life of it and hopefully take things further.
If I dont make fill more than him then fine, but Ive already made my money back so its all pure profit now!!

what attracts is plenty of visitors and proof of large click-thrus. A fancy site would be really slow once it fills up so went with simple but works!!

If it goes a couple of weeks or so were the pixels stop selling then I will stop selling them and 10% of what money has been taken will be the prize. So half the pixels sold means $50,000 prize, etc.
