phoned up to change my address and find out why my bill have been really high the last 5 months, and low and behold they havnt been giving me my free txt for the last 5 months

i also tried to blag a new phone but they said no you will have to wait to end of contract or pay the contract off which is 80 quid which i dont have, they are phoning me back soon so ill carry on blagging,
