My girlfriend is getting nasty phone calls and texts off some lass and its getting stupid now. Its happening every day and its really getting to her!

Shes on 02 pay as you go but shes reckons when your on pay as you go you cant have numbers blocked? Surely there is something they can do about it other than change her number?

I'm on a contract with Orange and I can have peoples numbers blocked no problem so why is it different with 02 PAYG?

Any advice on what to do?

You cant block numbers as unlike with a contract there are no records for who is calling or text messages etc. if she changes to a contract with the same number she can get the number(s) blocked.

set up the phone so it only accepts incoming calls from people in her phonebook, everyone else can leave a voicemail and then i think the novelty will wear off

She'll just have to change her number to a different PAYG number cos shes been down the contract road before and that ended after the 1st month with a 10 page itemised bill
