I'm on the O2 online 200 tariff and pay £30 a month! Do I just ring them up and say I'm leaving for a better tariff on another network and hope they do me a better deal?

I thought £30 was the standard rate. How comes you pay £35? Do you pay the insurance as well then?

If the upgrades deptartment don't help (and they won't) then ask to be put through to the deptartment that deals with disconnections - they are much more helpful!
