yesterday at brunter andy nicholls fwd rover 25 turbo did:

0-60mph 4.1s
0-100mph 8s
0-150mph 16s
177mph in just over a mile on 15" drag rims!
12.s 1/4m @ 128mph.

he's going back soon for a proper top speed attempt on 17s, and using the full length of the runway. top speed run was aborted early after a driveshaft prob

is that them k series engines with turbines on? out the coupe's?

can get good power out of them. shows the let up a bit really

I have allways said that rovers are under estimated. mates tomcat turbo is an animal even in standard form 155 no probs still with some to go.

one of me mates jock vilnerve-ous had a caly turbo, then ended up buying a 220gsi turbo. the cally was no where near as quick, and dare i say it, nowhere near as reliable either
