i take its something to do with them pins that hold them on but how the hell do they come out?

yep thats right JonBoy, the pins come out with a good hit with a hammer, u will need a extra pair of hands 2 hold the boot for ya mate or its gonna smack u on the head come on msn an ill help u out mate
