my sisters corsa c is tight goin in 2 1st an 2nd but 3rd 4th an 5th are fine does any one no wat the problem could be

probably a dodgy gear linkage. very common on early corsa c's. they were made of plastic and generally shite, did one for a girl i know recently and the new part for the linkage was over £100. rip off vaux

They did have poor gear linkages but i had one in the other day ever so tight into 1st and 2nd also but all it needed was a slightr adjustment on the linkage
