Right, basically one of our toilets at work has broke causing it to overflow/leak. It now stinks.

It wont be fixed untill tomorrow. There are no windows/vents in the downstairs area where the problem is. On the shop floor it smells but downstairs is really bad!

Is there any law about working conditions like this? Its making me feel sick & I dont wanna be here!

yup i would say so, my office has a toilet straight off, so dirty bastards go in and out makin a stench also no lighting in here (no day light) its shite,

Your Employer must :
make sure that the workplace satisfies health, safety and welfare requirements,
eg for ventilation, temperature, lighting, and sanitary, washing and rest facilities;
