Same exhaust diameter or not? As in will a back box for a 1.2 fit the 1.0?

Think they are different, not sure though. I know that 1.4 and 1.6 exhausts are the same as 1.2s but not sure about 1.0s.

depends on the Exhaust.. My Piper off my 1.4 8v would not fit my mates 1.2 8v... i had to cut the back box at the end connecting to the Centre section to make a sleeve so it would be airtight... it worked like but was a pain in the arse..

therefore i think the 1.0 and 1.2 exhaust may be different

No there different you will need a reducer pipe for the 1ltr

the center section diameter is the same in the 1.2 16v as the 12v. but the center section is a slightly different shape as the cat is in the egine bay on the 12v

Ok the only difference on the exhaust is the length of the downpipe coming from the CAT in the bay. On the 1.2 16v it is slightly longer.

Pipe bore is the same.

no, every corsa had the same bore exhaust, EXCEPT the 1.0 12v. it had a smaller bore.
