How do u blag a free phone upgrade when they say on the website you should pay for it? Like on 02 they want 30quid for the w800i, how you get em to give it you for nothing?

Tell them to G T F and if they dont give you it for free then you'll cancel your contract.

They will then go and 'chat to their manager' and come back with a free upgrade
