Just wondering if there is any web experts on here?

Have been making a site for a friend, his current site is hosted on a Lycos server

Signed in to this and tried uploading the files trhought the lycos FTP server but having no luck with it what so ever.

Just wondering if there is any one who uses the Lycos site who could help me get my head round it!
