Got inspired by a thread on here a few days ago! Tried to capture a kind of cartoonish look! Still think it needs a bit more work with the details, but I'm quite pleased so far!

if yoiu want a cartoony look, try the poster edges, and cut out, under artistic, those settings done right can give quite a good animated impression

Yeah, they have been used, thanks!

However i feel they discard to much of the colourscheme, so a "cut out" layer of the grass with a bit of noise added is used as an overlay on the orignal image, creating the seen effect.

you should add some very faint green lighting to reflect the grass, it stands out too much atm

You mean on the frog itself? Perhaps with an iron effect, but concrete has little to no reflection!
