That looks like an add on dock.
I've not seen that being a feature of vista so far.

it's POO POO POO POO. we have it in the office and only work on 30% of the computers we install it on.

fair enough it looks good, but all they have done is taken good bits from Apple OS X and linux then merge it into windows.
