you can still get 6 points and banned i thought,

just means if your going say 33mph (i.e: "marginally" ), then you will avoid points, i still think if your travelling excessively u'll get points and banned

we have this here already.

Its totally upto the police to offer it to you when they pull you over, so I doubt they will be offering it to many young drivers!

I got done on a speed camera doing 33 in a 30 and got 3 points

ai Might have gone done again this morning too 45ish in a 30 (was late) seen a cop car with two officeres standing at the back of the car, no idea if they had a camera
