Oh well, after al the crap I had having to wait for the laptop I'm finally getting somewhere.
First off they gave my laptop to someone else so I had to wait for ages to get it.
I was so angry by this point that when I finally got it and found a dead pixel I was more angry.
I sent it back and they sent me another one, but it was the next model down, I was getting really mad by this point.
Rang them today, they have stopped selling mine and so they say they are gonna have to send me the next model up at no extra cost...
I'm quite happy now, and think it was well worht all the hassle
