cos it was old and expensive to run and crashed once and shat everyone up

even though 1 crash in 20 years and millions of air miles is the best safety record for every plane ever, this was still enough to stop using it apparently

awesome bit of kit though

It was declared no longer economically viable I beleive...

As it was cleared of any safety issues after the Air France diaster...

I went to see it on Saturday, its a beast, and so much better looking than your average plane

the best bit is that BA and AirFrance stole the plans off the russians and built it cheaper.

Don't worry, me and a few m8s have been a couple of times on nice days not bad for few hours watchin the planes, was it open to go inside?

apprantly wasn't it some debury off another plane that hit one of the wings that sent out a shock which caused one of the tanks to explode? was on a channel on the net

tyre blowout pierced fueltank iirc, big flame, wing was on fire, plane came down, everyone was killed i think, it was a chartered flight too, so a whole business was wiped out

Concorde used to fly out of Bournemouth Airport a few times a year. Went over to watch it one day, was awesome

No not atall but wait till you see what Richard Branson will be releasing.. It will get you to Australia within 12 hours (apparently) it will have a gym, sauna, casino, shopping gallery and more
