very good cars. easy to tune aswell. keep an extra coil pack in the car tho ,as they seem to go quite often on the older models

Reliable if looked after, expensive to fix if bits go wrong. MAF sensors are a common fault but can be purchased on an exchange basis from dealers at about 90 odd quid. Other common failures are the recirc valve, heard a few horror stories with the throttle body too, mine being one of them. Also ive just had my ECU replaced, nice bill of 700 quid. Cambelts every 60k, heard some dealers say 60, some say 80, some have said 120 but be on the safe side, 60k and do the waterpump at the same time.

Turbos are very reliable, providing you dont start cranking the boost up to stupid levels. Dont be suprised when you drive it and realise it isnt as quick as you would think, they are heavy and average until chipped.
