my daily intake consists of
Breakfast: Bowl of wheat cereal
Mid-Morning: nettle tea and grapes
Lunch: bottle of water, slice of melon and a salad
Mid-afternoon snack: bottle of water/herbal tea and the rest of the grapes

just up your fruit intake (people never seem to eat enough fruit) esp BlueBerries 
also start eating slightly less carbs and more protein 
get yourself down the gym mate.. start gettin buff

Quorn sasuages are much better for you than real ones same with quorn mince
However i do cook richie normal sasuages when i make his cooked breakfast on a sunday

you need 5 fruits a day
and buy lots n lots of chicken, turkey etc (without the skin)
have some stirfrys with minimal noodles

Exercise is a big of a problem as i sit in me office all day
I'm quite fit, do like 40 minutes on the runner on a Sunday It's the food problem.

just gorge yourself, thats what i do, plus tonnes of exercise will see you ripped in a few months

40 minutes on a tread is not really enough, you need a good few hours every couple of days
