on my way to work yesterday about to drop me lil bro of at school, sat at lights, i look back to see a fiat cinquento (sp) locking up and sliding straight at me!! 
police were about 3 cars behind neway so managed to move the cars and swap details with other driver, damage done to my car - smashed rear bumper, smashed boot, smashed passenger rear light, bent chassie(sp), quater panel has buckles/creses in it.
he admitted it straight away, spoke to his insurance company, there coming to look at it some time next week (had 2 garages look at it both its a write off), they said they will give me full value of the vehicle and then me keep it ..... courtesy car on its way.
at the time of the crash i was fine, hours after i was in severe pain, so went to A&E they said im got surerve whiplash, could take weeks to recover. should be gettin a pay out for that.

not a good day but atleast he was insured and your getting paid out for whiplash

I had similar, 3 hours for the pain to kick in, then i had to have 4 weeks of work  . 7.5k payout for severe sprains in upper/lower back, neck and both shoulders.

did you goto any phisio therapy ? or see any doctors ?

Try a bright yellow one then they cant not see ya
