Apparently Asda have slashed their prices from 93.9p to 89.9p which could see us on a petrol price war between the supermarkets, Tescos are going to follow nationwide and wil probably try to beat that price!

anyone seen this today?

Even if the petrol is crap, cheaper then most Hopefully the big names might follow!

It's bollocks about the supermarket petrol.

They can afford to be cheaper because they recoup the costs from the food sales.

All this petrol quality nonsense was probably started by the standard garages like BP etc..

I have not heard of a single person who has engine problems due to supermarket fuel. If they did you'd hear about it all the time.

Flipside to the above though is are we still supposed to be happy with 89.9. It was only a couple of months ago it was 79.9. After paying over 90 odd pence or £1 per litre they think people will be happy and continue to pay 89.9 and it be the norm. Eventually it will creep up again and it all start again.

Good to see that they are helping us out by doing this, but its still far to expensive.

Should go back down to 79.9, how much it was before it started to somehow creap up to 94.9.
