can i only see all the forums if i am a premium member?

coz i cant get in the wheels forum... says theres no posts but there is

i cant see them either, think "Da Management" have probably culled a lot of the outdated threads or they are stored in the data cavern that is ian's desk

ok just wondered as it does say there is posts in there.

I know a bit about forums and you can have it so after so many days the post goes out of sight so maybe this is what is happening.
